Gradebook

Gradebook shows a summary of the scores obtained by your students in all assignments. From the dashboard, click on the 'Gradebook' tile to access your gradebook.

Gradebook lists the scores of your students in all assignments.

1. You can look for a student by name.

2. You can select your different class sections by clicking on the drop-down arrow.

3. You decide how many entries you'd like to see.

Assignment details

Click on the name of an assignment to check various details about the assignment.

The details of the assignment will show up on the right side of your screen.

Edit gradepoints

Click on the search box and use the first/last name to search for the student for whom you wish to edit their grade points.

Click on the grade points you want to edit.

You can overwrite the grades by clicking on the scores of that student.

You can also include comments for the changes that you make in the grade points.

The updated grade points will be shown along with a pencil icon.

Important: The updated grade points will also be reflected in the student gradebook as well as your LMS gradebook (If you have LMS integration)

Archive gradebook

Archive the grades of the students for a particular assignment by selecting the assignment and clicking on the "Archive" button.

Please note that once you archive an assignment, grades will be locked and you will not be able to make any changes to them. Please make sure that you make the desired changes to the grades before you archive an assignment.


You can only duplicate or build a template out of an "Archived Assignment"

Click on the assignment name.

Click on the "Archive" button.

QUICK TIP: Use the drop-down in front of "Class Section" to switch between the grade books of various class sections. You can also use the “Find Learners” search box to see the grades of a particular student.

Download gradebook

You can download the gradebook in .xls, .pdf, .csv and .html formats. Click on "DOWNLOAD" and select the desired format.

Gradebook Sync (If you have LMS integration)

At the top of your gradebook, you'll have the "Sync Grades to your LMS" button

Click on the button to sync your grades with your Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or D2L.

Important: This button will only update the grades of "Completed Assignments" (Assignments that have passed their due date).
